    Sizzle confidence to evaporate nerves. Add heaped spoonfuls of setbacks, either of illness, betrayal or just plain bad luck and stir.
    Stir until arms are too sore to care to taste.

    heat up a pan.....add a bunch of weaks...fry them tender crisp...add butter, salt, onions to make a roux,,,add water slowly...
