You all would have to go back and see the original Hitchcock movie "psycho" when it first came out. I tell you it upset the whole country and everybody was talking about it. We werent inured to horror shows like people are now. I talked to people years after seeing this show and they said they were still scared to go into the basement after dark. It was an era thing I think.
