Probably the worst rejection is when your own family never believes in you and doesn't believe in your dreams. The ultimate rejection is also when you ask for help and what you get in return is sheer hatred and repulsion. When you are no longer fully safe because someone has spread vicious rumors about you, that leads to being rejected by all, but a very rare few.
