I bought a live pig, a midget Vietnamese pot bellied pig. The lady said he would top out at about fifty pounds since he was a midget pig. I named him hamlet - he became as docile as a dog, could do tricks, and always used the bathroom over in the corner of the yard. He also loved beer. He was a lot smarter than my dogs. He was a good pig when he was 40 pounds, even when he passed 200. He was well over three hundred pounds when I finally had to get rid of him. I hated to but . . . . Have you ever seen what a 300 pound pig can do to a flower bed and fish pond? Someone told me I should have butchered him and eaten him. That would have been like cannibalizing one of my children. I gave him to a person I din't know. I told them not to tell me what happened to hamlet. I prefer to think he is wallering around somewhere and happy. Tim

A Chinese camera tripod. I paid good money for it, used it a couple of times, and stored it for about 18 months - but when I pulled it out to use it again, all the plastic parts, the knobs, the guides for the leg extensions - all fell to pieces in my hands!!
I have never been so disgusted with a purchase in all my life! - and it's no wonder people refuse to buy Chinese CRAP - because that's WHAT IT IS!!! ..

Oil of Olay lotion

I gave it to my girlfriend for Christmas. Before she unwrapped the box she assumed that it was an engagement ring. Oops!

My television. All it does is give me propaganda and distortions of the truth. It also gives me really crappy programming with the exception of PBS, and makes me feel like I'm shaving points off my IQ every time I turn it on. I swore off television after September 11th and have only turned it on to watch the presidential and vice-presidential debates. The debates only serve to remind me why getting news and information from neutral, independent sources is a better use of my time. Your TV is the worst purchase you ever made too, I bet. Turn it off for a week - just try it.

I bought that damn Suzanne Somers thigh master, what a piece of doo doo, this was like, I dunno ten years ago, I saw it at one of those liquidator stores so I figured I would try it. It seemed like a great device to tone the inner thighs. I was hoping to get such tight inner thighs I could buts some nuts ( pun intended). So I used it those first couple days, it was okay, then on like the fourth day I squeezed and snap! The thing broke, at first I was very proud and impressed, I thought I was so strong, nope it was garbage! I am just grateful I got it at a reduced price! Shame on Suzanne for hawking cheap merchandise!
