I never drink before 5pm during the week, but noonish on week-ends and holidays. 11am would be to early for me...

At least before breakfast is too early. Furthermore it depends on the situation. On workdays I don't drink at all, during weekends or holidays I sometimes have one or two in the afternoon if I'm not busy. But the real drinking takes place in the evening.

Some people should never have it. If you have it, and you can quit drinking it before you can't stand up, and if you don't try to fight with anyone, and your not going to be driving. I would say 21
