    I cook 99% of everything I eat, from scratch or almost from scratch. I don't eat fast food at all, and I eat at restaurants about once or twice a year.

    strangely enough, cooking at home helps my fibro a lot. have you experienced this, too?

    Nothing wrong with saying that because it's true, meals out used to be a treat and now it's very common even breakfast, and frozen entrees and such take up a large amount of grocery store space. Too many chemicals in those foods for me so I would rather cook home made and season it up like I want....chicken soup tonight, and cooked spaghetti at work for lunch today.
