Don't say anything about someone you wouldn't be willing to repeat---TO them.
I totally agree as this just happened to me, TODAY.
My main rule in life is to dodge as many rules as possible...
Rule # 1: Avoid dying.
Rule # 2: If a voice tells you to do something that can get you killed, consider that you might be nuts.
Rule #3: If you need to die in order to save a bunch of other people, look around for alternatives before you do something bloody stupid.
Rule # 4: If you still can't find something to help you save the others, oh, well, go for it.
Rule # 5: Kittens and puppies are cute — life can be nifty.
I love it... yea that is no. 1 for me too avoid dying.... LOL!
I do what I want, I want what I do. what can you advice. I accept your advice
It sounds to me like you don't NEED my advice!
you sure hate death but why
I like # 5
Do unto others what you want them to do to you.....and always listen to ur instincts, they never lie.....
No Expectations = No Frustrations!!! Meaning, once I stopped "expecting" people in my life to do things I thought they should instinctly know to do, my stress level went down. Example, dating ---when I don't "expect" a man to call and he doesn't I am not upset and the flip side, when he does I am PLEASANTLY surprised because I wasn't expecting his call. Since I have applied this philosphy to everything thing practically....I am really not disappointed much.
SMILE! It drives angry people mad!
To be straight up and honest, got me out of a lot of tight spots
Love thy Lord with all thy soul all thy heart and all thy mind!
..never trust a plumber who wears wellies...
Always carry a knife it might save your life.
Don't give up.
Always treat others the way you would want to be treated.
#1: Despite everything, believe in the good of people and lead others by example rather than by preaching.
(Sub-rule: "What you spit up in the air will fall back on your face..." meaning Karma always gives back what you send out.)
Don't make the same mistake twice ...
"think before you act"
a life lived in thought means no action is wasted so by thinking about the consequences of every action there will be very few bad reactions and therefore very little regrets
Your eyeball is freaking me out.
Experience is not the summation of what happens to you---but what you DO with what happens to you.
Rule #1: My life. My rules.
somehow, at the end of the night, always end up doing something that YOUwant to do. something that makes YOU happy. not any one else.
There is an exception to every rule except one.
