Runvbthe tip of your tongue from the back and fourth starting at the your front teeth towards your throat very lightly. It's going to tickle a little. That should work.
If not, add in straitening your posture upright to relax your diaphram.
drink upside down from a glass of water....(you're head is upside down, not the glass)
A teaspooon of peanut butter. Nothing else and swallow it and they will be gone. I've actually done this and it works.
