ideally every day. Regularity works! Whatever you choose, make it a good routine! lifestyle is the only principal that really works. And why not? Why not to treat our bodies and give to our own selves? We naturally need to move, stretch, dance for our well-being.

jog or walk a few days a week - use the elliptical or recumbent bike here in the house if it's super cold, hot or rainy. I have a weight bench, I'd like to use it more often but can't seem to get in the habit!

Walking and now implementing a few other things. Just today I moved some of my exercise equipment to a more open spot. Before it was just collecting dust.
