Its proximity to school and work, which I would spend a fortune in gas traveling back and forth to all the time, if I didn't live close. It's also so wonderful to be able to have a place that is "mine" (even though I rent), but it's still my space.

Where I live the weather is nice, but of that doesn't matter when it comes to my friends. I live near my friends and I like that part of it. The other part is that I can call it home. :)

Its very scenic and it feels like I live in the forest because there are so many trees that when you look up into the sky you can see the sun barely shining through the trees <3
