Yes! Caraway seeds are the ONLY way to go with making rye bread. What do other people order in their rye bread? I'm confoosed??? lol

it's still the same Rye dough, our bakery usually sells more of the caraway seeded one, the new york jewish seeded rye. everyone compliments it :D

if you ever, crave for the best croissants, go to Ceci-Cela
they're #1 in NY magazine for their croissants, our bakery sells them too.
and as of breads.. you're missing out on the bread we sell :) we've been baking since 1916.

french bread is also good :D if you like how flavorful it is, there is a french country loaf where it's also very good too- it's called the Chardonnay Miche [made with the same Chardonnay starter for the wine]
