Well, this varies for me. There are many, many songs that I like, that are both happy and sad. Sometimes, I just feel like listening to sad music when I'm sad, and other times I put on cheerful music and my mood improves.
when im feeling sad its caz im missing my little brother...so i listen to "somebody's watching over me" by hilary duff...i know hes giving me a message in that song
ill never get over you so get out of bed and shut the window youreself The bill stickers band
Depends. If I feel like really wallowing, I put on "Promises" by Badly Drawn Boy, or "Gloomy Sunday" by Billie Holiday. If I'm trying to cheer up, I put on "I Can See Clearly Now" by Johnny Nash or "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears for Fears.
Dallas Green... Save Your Scissors!
I don't like to sit in the **** so I put on Siamese Dream by Smashing Pumpkins to cheer me up.
But sad isn't one emotion. It's many, many different things, and depending on what drives it the songs are different. The whole album of the Soul Cages by Sting can hit some of those times.
