    Not at all. There is this Asian dish called Kanji which is made from boiled brown rice, lemon and salt ( some pepper). Heavenly breakfast.

    Sugar puffs shreddies, bran flakes and alpen. I've IBS and don't eat breakfast I suppose that's why I have IBS in the first place, I usually snack on cereals at night.

    My candy is Cocoa Pebbles but my favorite regular, maybe twice-a-week choice is strawberry frosted mini-wheats; generic is just fine.
