Being wrapped up in bandages in a hospital burn unit when I was 2yo. Then later transfered to a paediatric unit I recall babies crying all around and I was in a cot with the side railings keeping me in and I was trying to climb out. I don't remember any pain though. I had 3rd degree burns over 30% of my tiny body. Traumatic memories sticks with people. I pulled a boiling kettle down on me by the cord hanging down from the kitchen counter. It was an excellent military hospital because today I have no visible scars from that except for some marks that looks like birthmarks on my lower back and right foot.

The sound of pigeons. I must have been three or four, taking an afternoon nap. Mum came home and was making noise in the pkitchen, while I could hear the pigeons from the neighbour at the other side of the garden. In the distance, there was a church-bell ringing.

I had ezema really bad as a baby. My parents would put socks on my arms to stop me from scratching. And that worked in that it meant I could not scratch with my fingernails. But I remember that I figured out that if I rubbed my arms together the friction heat would produce the same soothing result as scratching. And then in the morning they had to soak my arms in water to get the socks off. I know this is gross and I was a terrible child, but that is my earliest memory.

I was almost 2 yrs old, taking my baby brother's bottle away from him to have for myself, trying to hide behind a chair, but my mother caught me.
