Dancing with my mum around the house in the summer when I was about 5, with Abba blaring and the smell of the dinner in the cooker. :)

When I think back to my childhood, the happiest memories are probably those when I'm jumping rope, riding my bike, being in my room listening to music or just sitting and being left alone. I can't explain it to people who grew up happy and had a loving family who adored them. I can't explain how I could be in a family, but not feel part of that family. I can't explain the pain, the loneliness, the fear ... the absolute fear which gripped me and stayed with me all of those years.

I used to go to my grandmother every 14 days for the weekend and play on the street with my friends there. I'm still friends with 1 of the 2 so we still talk about those times a lot ^^ It was so much fun!
