People who have a lot to hide, dont like it coz the casual feel makes them slip sometimes.

I think it's stupid. I want it straight to the point. And I'm really bad at it. I try to continue the small talk but I just end up saying, "Get to the point already." and then, they'll think I'm too serious.

I like it. Sometimes small talk can lead to something else a bit more substantial and so on. Plus a little chat is harmless.
