I havent quite figured that out in total yet. But something messed up is going on.
I think they are either trying to experiment with some way to control the weather patterns. But I wouldnt doubt it if something more evil is going on.

As the worldwide system of governments are rotten to the core,and as its been shown that known poisons,with absolutely no benefits,are being fed to us in our food,and as fluoride,an intelligence suppressant,is added to our water,falsely claiming to stop tooth decay,yes,I would keep a very open mind on what is being claimed about chemical trails.
