    Why the hell would you mask the fish flavour? Why eat fish then?

    I love the taste of fresh water fish. I would never mask it.

    I often use herbs and lemon to enhance the taste of the fish, but never to mask it.

    Right off the shore on a fire is best. The stuff in a store that is on ice is not the same
