Because it is so uncommon and unexpected for humans to expend energy on others without having some selfish devious motive behind it that one is thought to be some sort of creep when extending warmth to others.

When I was taken advantage of for it! It has happened quite a bit too! People are users and are very good actors to take advantage of those that help others!

Never. Kindness itself, as well as caring and real love, is not a bad thing and can never be when sincere.

It's true kindness it's never a bad thing! Only when someone tries to use false intentions by pretending to be kind but have other motives at hand. I agree with chanal1 with this too
