I took a knife to school and bailed up 3 bullies.. told them Id make em orphans.. *shrugs* Id had enough and the school was doing nothing to help.. all boys christian college.. one teacher told me it built character.. a PE teacher .. and while it worked and little was said.. I took the wrong lesson from it.. breeding fear is being assertive.. and is counter productive.

I didn't & don't. That's not meant to sound self - righteous or "superior", it's just that "flipping out" only makes bad situations worse..............................

I flip out a lot cos I have type three psychosis. First time really flipping my **** though was when Mom came home drunk and got pissed cos I told her she was a dumb ***** so she threw a blender at me. It broke fractured my eyebrow and cut me very badly. Before I blacked out, I sliced both her nostrils open with a vegetable peeler and then tried to light her hair on fire, but I tripped on a dog and passed out.

I do it less frequently but you and I both know its an old reliable friend and blissful release. Congrats on your reformed behavior. That will be me one day. Best Helena xo
