i realised this from the age of 8 yrs old when one of my friends died. I have seen more death a soldier at war. Seen senseless killings. Saw healthy people die b4 sick ones. Saw just too much and I know that life is just too short. If someone angers you forgive them and move on. Never keep negativity inside....tURN NEGATIVE INTO POSITIVE...ARE ALL THE THINGS WE STRESS OVER REALLY WORTH IT?

The day my son turned 1, it was like I looked back on that year and everyday felt like it had just happened a second ago. That's when I knew, no matter how hard it would be, I had to stay home to be with my kids, every moment counts!

I've yet to realize this, as I feel if I really did, I'd maximize each day and each moment. Life needs to have meaning and given how little most of us 'make out of life' it doesn't give much reason to rejoice.

I wonder f those who do find it precious are they also very stressed about things going bad, things when planned have no outcome because life changes, is that necessarily better?

When my parent's passed away shortly after they retired. So many plans put off for when they retired, but never had a chance to enjoy. Made me really realize life is preciously finite.
