When I was in grade six

my friend who already left for college asked me out on a date when I was 18. We went to see 28 Days Later, and then made out in at playground afterward. It barely counts as a date, but he did come to my front door and met my mother. Otherwise, my dates since would be debatable, because we never called them dates. I did get married though, so they were sorta dates. The first time I went out with my husband, he invited his friend to join us, haha. So I tease him and say he brought his best friend to our first date.

This year actually: Jan 4. My first real date. Bowling, Dinner, Movie. Classic date. Can't beat it. :)
