Deadlifts before anything.



Unless you want to sort of pre-exhaust your back, then do some bent over rows, then jump into deadlifts. But, don't do this if you're planning on going heavy on deads.

I'll try your way just got into the gym. I guess I should mix both up. I have tried deadlift then bent over rows sometimes my lower back feels sore nice one. ;-)

If you've JUST started training, then separate deadlifts and bent over rows.

i hate bent over rows..idk why but i always feel that if i do more then 2 sets ill pull something..so i do those first then dead lifts

well i don't really work out much anymore but i always did pushups inbetween different workouts
