no need 2 confine them...just herd them all towards a very high cliff..tell them that they can fly...then their the oceans problem...lol....lol...idiots..

I'm pretty sure the system is breaking down tho,so you may have to send a few on out to The Hamptons.(Keep the New Jersey Folk unaware,they'll eat those poor Idiots for a mid-morning snack before the fog lifts,and then role call will be a real pain with all those "jr'sL and "II" and "III" and "IV" in the family lineage.
