    A specific casein protein in milk acts like an anti-anxiety medicine. :) That is what I have read.

    Green tea for me usually. Or just eating...:)

    That's hard to say. I like a lot of black teas. I would have to say either a nice Oolong or Lapsang Suchong. Though I've had this China Rose Congou I really like too. (sorry, i'm a bit of a tea nerd).
