When is it considered cheating? from your side and your partner's side
my boyfriend has been neglecting me alot. About a week ago i started chatting witha couple of guys who were friends. I stopped talking to them because i felt it would be inappropriate with me being in a relationship. i made it clear to the guys that i am in a relationship and unavailable. i havent flirted with them or met any of them. i have just been chatting to them, but one of them has made an offer to me. any help??

If you sleep with someone other than your S.O. - without your S.O.'s permission - then it's cheating. If your S.O. knows, and is okay with it [An open relationship, or Poly relationship for example] then it's not cheating.
Though really, what is and isn't cheating depends more on what the boundaries in your relationship are than anything else. Some relationships, flirting with someone else is/could be considered cheating, where as some it isn't. The only way to really know for sure what is and isn't considered that is to talk to your partner and figure out where each of you's comfort zones lie, and figure the boundaries out from there.Like (1)
