It depends on what I'm buying and how often i will be wearing it. I prefer quality but i also like a bargain so try to ge quality peices on a sale thats even better.

Quality and classic styles. I like to pay a little more for quality clothes in styles that will look good and last for a long time.
With sales and coupons, I can often spend less money for better quality clothing than if I went to a discount store.
