Traditional fairy tales are about universal truths- archetypal good/evil etc. Not much happy endings or romance in 'real' fairy tales! Although now, they've been romanticised so the association has changed :/

This is a matter of perception. "Fairytale Love " to me means they have found true bliss. The kind of love stories emulate, (Happily Ever After)

Stands to reason. Maybe they think it's too good to be true. I've never referred to a relationship as such personally
