    you're already smart in coming here, its definitely a place to be yourself and relax. Other than that, always look for what makes you laugh, humor is just wonderful for curing whatever , other than that, any od the arts, music, any artistic project is perfect to keep someone occupied.

    then do something super physical like cleaning your space and breaking old papers that you no longer need, sometimes it helps you release emotions and at the same time you're changing your space in a good way. You dont need that much focus to create some sort of drawing or pattern on a piece of paper with whatever you have at hand. Baking is also nice.
