    'Almost' means that it is possible if we try hard enough. So, I try my darnest, if it doesn't happen, at least I'll know that I tried.

    Nurture myself by taking a long hot bath or nap and then get busy making a "to do" list of what I can do to improve the problem(s).

    So far being on the brink of committing suicide then being slowly pulled back, then being on the brink again and so forth has gotten me through.
