I keep on breathing.
'Almost' means that it is possible if we try hard enough. So, I try my darnest, if it doesn't happen, at least I'll know that I tried.
Nurture myself by taking a long hot bath or nap and then get busy making a "to do" list of what I can do to improve the problem(s).
Watching Joel Osteen's program every Sun. AM gives me the little "boost" I need to carry on.
Well, we'll see, tho I believe he's totally on the "up & up" & will remain so!

So far being on the brink of committing suicide then being slowly pulled back, then being on the brink again and so forth has gotten me through.
