Honestly, I don't have much energy to hold a grudge. I don't see the point anymore in obsessing and fuming over what someone did in the past. I'd rather spend the time making sure I'm happy.

depends what it is about. If it is blatant betrayal I dont do either. if it isnt too crazy, i'll try to do both, but i find it hard to forget and then i dont trust again
