When u were pregnant, did u ever feel like there was an alien living inside u? Did all the movement ever freak you out?

Part of me is used to it, but part of me still feels very strange about something happening inside me that is apart from my own actions. There is another life going on, being lived, inside my body! :P

    I have had 3 children, and I loved being pregnant. I always enjoyed the feeling until
    about 3 weeks before I had them, and then felt like I was going to burst. lol

    I felt the same Txsunshinegal. I loved the birthing process too .. It was a spiritual experience. Texas girl here..

    i enjoied being pregnant except for all the daily emotional breakdowns, the movents didnt scare me but it did startle me when it first happend

    I HATED being pregnant... I viewed myself as a 'fat' person, and I cried when I first started secreting milk... YUCK! In those days, we didn't have the photo imaging that's available now...so a baby was a HUGE inconvenience that upset my entire digestive system. I'd even get apendicitis! I was absolutely the WORST pregnant woman the world has ever known!

    I can hardly say, since I'm only 6 weeks, but so far I do feel a little bizarre. It's weird, specially with being able to track how it's growing. I'm starting to form a placenta and it's growing facial features. My embryo is the size of a pea and incubating in my uterus. How is that not a little weird?
