I was given one at the Christmas when I was 7,may have had another in later years,but that's one that I remember receiving.

I've seen them over the years,but as soon as I read your question,my mind went way back to 1955,and the Advent Calendar that,for some reason,fascinated me in the lead-up to Christmas that year.

no I was young when it ended...
but you can't be a child without a parent can you?
and you can't be a child when you're responsable for making sure you survive...
and even when things change... after having had your childhood end you can't go back... because there are things that change how you look at the world
