    loool xD poor you... nooo we allways had or still have homemade ones... my mum made them for us after we were born... and actually it's still used *blush*

    I was given one at the Christmas when I was 7,may have had another in later years,but that's one that I remember receiving.

    I've seen them over the years,but as soon as I read your question,my mind went way back to 1955,and the Advent Calendar that,for some reason,fascinated me in the lead-up to Christmas that year.
