What is your favorite thing to do? Music? Exercising? Try to get your mind off of it. I know it's hard (I suffer from depression) to get your mind off of it. Do you have an animal? If you don't, I suggest that you get one. Whether it's a mouse, guinea pig, cat, dog, ect. it will help. Research has been done that animals help with depression. Being near one helps too. (You could volunteer at an animal shelter) If you are being bullied try looking into cyber schools. If you don't want to tell your parents, give an excuse. Try writing in a journal. Go on Icanhascheezeburger. That helps me with my really bad depression. I hope this helped. :)
