Yeah I just started playing scramble too :)
Well me myself being the person I am, whenever I am awaken from having a bad dream or having a really restless night. I pray and or read a verse from my bible, and I end up going back to sleep and sleeping through the rest of the night.
I go outside and get some air.
I listen to some music and try to relax.
Exercise beffore brekfast helps me.
I tell about it and makes me under stand that it wasn't real.
i walk around my house and get a drink so that i know that the dream wasnt real and that i am safe and okay
