I've been really struggling of late to have a decent night's sleep and when i do, i have upsetting nightmares so when I wake up, i feel depressed, moody and exhausted. Have you been in the same situation? what do you do to get yourself out of the funk and be positive about the day ahead?

Well me myself being the person I am, whenever I am awaken from having a bad dream or having a really restless night. I pray and or read a verse from my bible, and I end up going back to sleep and sleeping through the rest of the night.
