I want to check into a place for inpatient care for my depression. I don't know what elese to do anymore and it is pretty bad...

Do any o you know where to go or have recommendations in california?

california has GREAT heath care if your uninsured - you should have no problem getting treatment - research where you want to go, show up at their door and tell them your suicidal - they HAVE to treat you.......if your not suicidal you can get a YEAR of health coverage from the state with an assesment and a two page application - you can probably find them online - if not ask any social worker.......If you are insured or have the $ talk to a therapist or two and get recomendations - do what ever you need to do to get healthy - just realize hospitilazation for mental illness may stick to your permanent record for life - which is little to trade for health and happiness - get what ever help you need ....lots and lots of hugs to you
