Some of these people are the product of poor traits (i.e. traits that are conducive to someone becoming a rapist). Others are the product of certain situations (some bullies do what they do because they have been bullied). Some arise from a combination of these things.

We are all a product of our own experiences. Good or bad. The way we react to the world i shaped by the way the world has reacted to us. Evil is defined by human beings, it is an abstract concept, a label. We impose these things on ourselves. There are good people, there are bad people, there are in between people. At the end of the day however they are all people.

In this dimension there is only "duality" to choose from...hot/cold, up/down, right /wrong, good/evil.........everyone makes their choices and sees their consequences...it's just people making bad choices...
