Where do you meet people

I'm 22 and moved to a new town just far enough from my old one. Ive been here since may and have made maybe one friend. I cannot make friends with people from work because of my position, and potential position. You can't meet people at the bar cause thats just pathetic and well theres a ship thats bound to fail

going to a bar alone may give someone the wrong idea lol but try going to the gym, some gyms have free classes with membership. Like yoga, aerobics, zumba etc...try meetup.com, (if you drink, I suggest joining a wine tasting group), volunteer somewhere.

I just moved to the Midwest. And it's pretty lame and cold here I must say. I know how you feel.

well at that age it seems like there was this time where making lasting friendships had long since passed. I couldn't begin to even begin to fathom. anyway, but if it is community study that can fill the void all kinds of places to look to.
