Whether you talk to your Pet Animals (cat, dog etc...) and how frequent? And how they respond to you?

I have a 23-yr-old African Grey parrot who has been with me since he was 2 days old. We have wonderful, meaningless conversations together (although some of the things that he says are quite time-appropriate),and he loves to sing with me!

I hold conversations with the neighborhood cats that come to visit. Every look, every purr, every meow means something.

I had only one dog I felt I've had a connection with but he died a couple of years ago. Since that day, I'm more keen on cats. But it is sooo easy to "talk" with animals in general (in "their" language of course though be prepared people will look at you like you were a freak) so when you specifically meow or bark at them, they'll answer back and I think it's sooo funny. Of course it stops being funny when your dog wakes up half the dogs in the neighborhood. And when it comes to cats... It's not just about "meow" and "purr". It's about the LOOK they give. Those eyes look straight into your soul, it can be creepy but also very supporting. They give you an illusion of intimacy so they're very alike to people at this point haha. But they don't fake "being there", they just appear out of nowhere when you need them the most and they don't leave you and that's what best about pets. There's no cuter feeling than falling asleep with your cat laying on your tommy and falling asleep along with you. You feel so close to nature and what's good to mention, you understand your pets better when you say nothing... you feel that "energy" and you know what they want to "say". And I'm pretty sure they communicate with you all the time.
