It really depends on what you like. Japanase do good horror, Korea does good blood and gore, French do good dramas, India for their bollywood musicals, etc.<br />
I've seen way too many to even make a list right now. Alice is another good one.
OMG there are so many,,,,but if I had to choose one for starters, it'd be "La Dolce Vita'.....what a masterpiece! and then there's:
