Numerically, it's probably India, as its high population and the amount of unschooled children there amount for an idiotic population. The kids that do get a good education are actually smart. I know a girl that lives next to my grandfather's house there that has no mental problems, but has the IQ of a five year old and probably doesn't know anything beyond basic arithmetic. She's probably my age, 15.

Proportionally, it's likely to be some mid-African country, as they are the poorest, and have very low literacy rates. Even though the numbers may not amount to be numerically more than some other countries, proportionally, the amount of people that can read to the amount of people that can't read is a much smaller number.

Statistically, it depends on what aspect you are looking at, and this site provides some nice cartograms (a map when countries are resized proportionally to fit data) on it, and you can choose what category you think most defines idiocy. Most of the maps, once again, show India with the highest proportion of idiots.

Everywhere you go there seems to be idiots, each place you travel you will find them.
If I did single out a country it would come off as prejudice. I've traveled alot and find that rude, selfish people turn me off, no human kindness etc...

lol i dont think a study was even conducted regarding this matter, it would be interesting to do one though. if by your question you mean lower general intelligence, an unbiased answer could be countries with economic status because they have less nutrition and parental care and most importantly nutrition, but that may be variable of course!
