    First quit your procrastination writing down a list with every thing you have or want to do. Do it right now without any delay. Then start executing the list, don't stop to think about it. And add as a last item something like parachuting, so that you can overcome your fears. Once again, don't think about it, just do as I'm saying.

    :) , I do have a list and one of them is to quit having my fears stop me. Seems tomorrow I will do that. Executing ?? afraid how

    Read tge list and do your best to achieve the written goals. It doesn't really matters if you fail, because if you fail at least you're trying, and failing you have learned what doesn't works.

    Quit procrastinating first, it's ok to be scared while you do something you're afraid of. Just start working on it, and the deeper you go into your project, the fear will dissipate by itself. The attitude will change after the behavior changes. Like they say, "fake it until you make it".

    TY ... I really am seeing how lacking confidence is a major pull back leading to procastination. Where friends are needed, but they too seem to tire of things and they get the deaf ears and gets me more procastinating and more scared in even proceeding ahead.
