I say mental work because when I done with physical work, I at least feel stronger and can relax easily afterward because of the release of endorphins. Mental work just drains me.

Not enough detail... trouble shooting is mental work... and I will go a whole day without eating focused on a problem... Report writing sux, but is also mental work... 10 minutes and I'm toast...

Same with physical... doing something fun, I can go all day... If its boring, I'll look for excuses ...

Mental for sure. Physical one can just rest. Mental, can stay with you, for a long period some time. Stressful.

Hard mental work makes just want to zone out and watch a movie and talk gibberish whereas physical work makes me want to sleep so I don't know really.

umm its like the difference between bush weed and hydro.. one is a body stone the other a head one.. much the same with work for me.. physical is a full body trip.. and working on pc's is tiring but all in the head.. ideally you want a lil of both in a week.
