Which holiday do you choose not to celebrate even though most others around you celebrate it?

I don't celebrate any holiday which glorifies war. I don't believe veteran need "honoring" for going to fight in some foreign land. Veterans need medical and career support when they get back ( if they get back, governments often think of them as *disposable* members of society)

After my wife left, I lost all interest in celebrating the holidays, they just didn't have the same meaning any more.

Valentine's Day--it's a cash cow for greeting card companies, florists, restaurants, candy makers etc. if he doesn't love me every day-forget about it.
