    holistic massage preferably with lavender oil, refelxology is good too, but you must seek an experienced therapist

    I take what is called NaturalCalm and it's magnesium in a drink form...works very well too, my naturopath recommended it to me. Also melatonin is good. When you're getting your energy out through exercise it also helps too. Proper nutrition plays a role too. Good luck.

    Exercise daily in the morning, get up and go to bed at the same time, don't drink any caffeine.
