Both are primitive cults developed from polytheistic belief systems originating in ancient mans lack of understanding of the natural world around him and his desperate need to explain physical and emotional phenomena. Hijacked by unscrupulous men for their own purposes and contributed to by mentally deluded and sometimes dangerously psychotic individuals, they have evolved into mythical doctrine that has no bearing in the modern age. Choose between two false premises and deeply flawed and outdated, dogmatic systems? No thanks, i enjoy employing my logic and reason rather than rely on mystical nonsense.

I couldn't tell you. I don't know what the Islam religion is like. I'm not quick to judge. I suppose you would say I'm Christian. I believe in God. That's as far as I go with it. I do pray every once in a while. I do not attend church anymore. I've got a open mind to other religions. I don't hate other religions. I would even look into them, see what they're like just out of curiosity. I couldn't tell you.

Any country with muslims and a voice has immense problems. I think your answer it depends if you want peace or not. In the old days, it was the Christians that were terrorizing.

Probably a tie however at this time Islam seems to be more prone to violence.

No religion has it right. No one person or group of people has more access to our Creators then you or I. Even the Pope has the same access to them and maybe less if his agenda is more control of the masses. Just being spiritual is all we need. Knowing our Creators are there and that we will return Home to Their Realm when we are done with life here.

What people always seem to forget is that religion and state until recently in the west were one and the same thing. In the middle east they still are.
What is done in the middle east is in the name of the state but it is interchangeable with religion whether it is Islam or the Jewish faith. Separating one religion from another and comparing them is futile, just as comparing one culture from another is. They are just different.Like (1)

To me thats like comparing hair colours. No an individual Christian may be worse than an individual Muslim or vice versa. But as a whole the religions themselves are equal.

Both religions have there problems and I'm not here to defend Christianity but, the "political correctness" surrounding Islam in the name of religious tolerance begs the possible consequences of what is happening into today's; world.
Putting aside Sunnis and Shiites killing each other by the thousands (as Christians often do to), assuming you are an infidel reading this, to the question, "Do all believers of Islam want to kill you?" the answer depends on whether or not the Muslim standing before you is one currently standing in Dar al-sulh (the house of temporary truce), Dar al-Harb (the house of war), or Dar al-Islam (the house of submission or Peace).
You see, until it's past your sell-by-date (i.e. the date of your submission or untimely death brought on by your disbelief), you have a choice. Islam insists upon a continual drive toward Ummah, or a one-world nation under submission to Islam replacing the old one-world Marxist ideology with their own.
Add to this, Sharia Law, along with the current Islamic clerics and current Islamic jurisprudence insistence upon a continual drive to expand Dar al-Islam at the expense of Dar al-sulh and extending Dar al-Harb until no religion exists in the entire world except Islam, and you have the real reason for the current unrest.
It is true that there are moderate Muslims that just want to be left alone to practice their religion under Sharia Law and do not fundamentally "practice" what the Qur'an preaches about infidels. However, radical or fundamental Islamism is being aided by moderate Muslims by either fear or desire and Muslims are making inroads to establish Sharia Law even into Democracies (or Republics) such as the USA, France, Australia, and Great Britain as Muslim influence spreads and the unrest widens.
The current unrest has little to do with a silly-idiotic film that the Obama Administration and our current Ambassador to the UN insists that it does. Like the Islamist themselves, the Obama Administration is hiding behind this film to justify their actions.
This view of Islam as being peaceful, this cover-up of an Islam that has the specific goal of becoming the world's only religion, if left unchecked, will become fatal, not only to Israel and the USA, but to the rest of the world, as well. "Kill the Jews and the Christians if they do not convert to Islam or refuse to pay Jizya tax." (Qur'an 9:29) "Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them." (Qur'an 2:191).
But are most Muslims in the world moderate in their views and not strict followers of the law (just as most Christians and Jews, the answer would be, "Yes."
