Car alarm. Loud music isn't always that bad..But if it gets annoying, I'm sure you can file some complaint or something..

Depends how long I have to listen to them and what time of day ...
But the cops would probably deal with the car alarm quicker than the music, so I'll choose the music.

Well in my neighborhood it would be my neighbor down the block with their freaking loud TV. I can hear the whole show and they are 3 houses down across the street. They leave it on all day and night.

The loud music. The car alarm will get shut off eventually because no one likes it going off. The loud music won't get shut off because the person listening to it enjoys it.
