Failing without trying.
Either can be worse, particularly if you are not persistent enough through failure to eventually find success.
"Never trying" IS failure. Putting forth effort and facing defeat is part of the learning process. Never trying is allowing fear of defeat to inhibit growth.
Never trying, of course! And worse than that is giving up post-failure. Every successful person has dealt with failure, rejection and disappointment. But they try again! Most of them would not tell you of their successes, but of their failures and regrets of things they didn't try.
you never fail until you give up:-) and to never try is great if you have no interest:-)
That, for me, depends on the situation. sometimes dreaming is better then rejection. victory is great though :)

Yes it eliminates the possibility of losing but you dont get to win either and you dont learn from your mistakes
