Well eating what you want can have an effect of self satisfaction, however eating what you want allows you to gain weight which can incur a lot of health problems down the line, diabetes, unhealthy heart, low blood pressure, depression.. This list is endless I could tell you much more. Also a little thing to know about is when you gain weight to a certain level, the intelligence in our body changes, basically the thing that tells you your full in your stomach to the brain switches off and that's what makes is eat more and this is what is causing obesity.
I recommend eating healthy, there is no pain in that, only gain. Also when your eating healthy it doesn't mean that you going to be stick thin and drop loads of weight, it just means you are eating balanced meals. You can always indulge your tastier eating habits every now and again, nothing stops you, but eating what you want when you want will definitely make you feel worse.
