I'm not a big fan of tattoos. The female form has a lot of visual sexual appeal and tattoos break it up.

lmao...Love all the tattoo 'haters'. The female form is a perfect form; and just like cloths, make up, lingerie, hair styles, etc are accessories that can make that form more beautiful....so are tattoos.

Back if the neck is cool if you have long hair... Or the lower stomach... I have one also on the inside of my finger... I just want them where I can choose to show them off when I want and hide them when I dont

The sole of the foot. Since no one looks there and precious few people have a fetish for the soles in particular, mutilating, defacing, and deforming that part of your body will do the least damage.
Unless you're ugly, in which case no one really cares what you do to where in the first place.
